1. Introduction

This document outlines the audit plan for the project conducted under the Quality Management System of Enovate IT Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. The audit plan defines the audit scope, objectives, schedule, team responsibilities, and criteria used for evaluating project compliance with defined processes and standards.

All audit activities will be performed according to this structured plan.

2. Objective and Purpose

The purpose of this audit is to:

  • Evaluate process adherence and documentation completeness
  • Identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the project follows defined SDLC processes and standards

  • Project management practices
