Our Story

We’re Team Quantum, a mix of QA engineers, developers, and AI enthusiasts. What brought us together for this hackathon is a shared belief that quality assurance shouldn’t be slow or painful — it should be intelligent, automated, and adaptive. We’re passionate about leveraging AI to eliminate repetitive manual work, uncover hidden issues faster, and ultimately help teams ship software with confidence. For us, this project is about creating a future where QA keeps up with the speed of innovation

Our Hackathon Journey

  • Week 1: Ideation & Research

We kicked off with brainstorming sessions to identify real-world QA challenges. Explored pain points in manual testing, slow feedback loops, and lack of adaptive test systems. Finalized our project vision: AI-driven intelligent QA automation.

  • Week 2: Architecture & Setup

Designed the system architecture (frontend, backend, and APIs). We set up the dev environment, repo structure, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud infrastructure. Tech stack finalized: Flutter, Node.js, Firebase, and ML APIs.

  • Week 3: Data & Model Exploration

Collected sample QA test case data and researched AI/ML approaches. Prathamesh and Chinmay experimented with data preprocessing and model baselines for test generation and anomaly detection.

  • Week 4: Backend & Core Development

Implemented core backend services, including APIs for test execution and result logging. Integrated database models for storing test cases, logs, and feedback loops.

  • Week 5: Frontend & User Experience

Frontend development started with Flutter web screens. Built dashboards for execution logs, real-time test results, and error visualization.

  • Week 6: Integration & AI Components

Integrated AI modules with backend services. Connected ML-based test generation and automated bug detection. Early testing of workflows began with end-to-end test runs.

  • Week 7: Testing & Refinement

Full-cycle QA testing. Focused on bug fixes, stability improvements, and refining the UI/UX for smoother user journeys. The team improved background task handling and optimized performance for real-time updates.

  • Week 8: Finalization & Demo Prep

Polished the final build, documentation, and presentation. Conducted multiple dry runs of the demo, showcasing how Team Quantum’s OptiQA speeds up QA testing with AI-powered intelligence. Delivered a clean, production-ready demo.
