# **Introduction to Project**

1. **Problem Statement** -   Manual demo video creation takes too much time and effort. Teams need an automated way to generate accurate and consistent demo videos from test scripts.

2. **Goals & Objectives**
   1. **Goal**: Automate and simplify demo video creation.
   2. **Objectives**
      1. Use existing automation scripts to make videos
      2. Add auto narration, captions, and highlights.
      3. Deliver videos quickly through GitLab.

3. **Description**  -   FlowCast automatically records UI actions from automation scripts and creates narrated demo videos. It helps teams save time in making client demos, QA evidence, and internal showcases.

4. **In scope**
    1. Automated execution of workflows from application test scripts.
    2. Screen recording of real UI flows.
    3. Narration and captions generated from mapped actions.
    4. Feature highlighting (specific features or full workflows).
    5. Video packaging and delivery via GitLab CI/CD artifacts or shareable links.
