Our backgrounds are diverse — product management, HR tech, software engineering, and AI research — but what unites us is the belief that **AI can eliminate busywork and let humans focus on what matters most: people.** In our day-to-day roles, we’ve seen HR teams struggle with downloading resumes, juggling emails, and losing great candidates due to delays. That frustration inspired us to build **HireGenius** — an AI-powered recruitment assistant that automates the hiring lifecycle end-to-end.
