Our Story

We are a team of product thinkers, developers, and AI enthusiasts who came together for this hackathon with a common vision: to simplify one of the most painful and repetitive processes in every organization — hiring.

Our backgrounds are diverse — product management, HR tech, software engineering, and AI research — but what unites us is the belief that AI can eliminate busywork and let humans focus on what matters most: people.

In our day-to-day roles, we’ve seen HR teams struggle with downloading resumes, juggling emails, and losing great candidates due to delays. That frustration inspired us to build HireGenius — an AI-powered recruitment assistant that automates the hiring lifecycle end-to-end.

We are passionate about creating products that make work smarter, not harder. For us, this hackathon is more than just a competition — it’s an opportunity to prove that AI can transform hiring into a seamless, candidate-first experience.
